Aventine is a pet friendly community, with a maximum of two pets per household. There is a $500 pet deposit, along with a $25 monthly pet rent. Pets must be under 25 lbs and breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more details.

Parking at Aventine is a breeze! Each unit is assigned one carport. Additionally, there are 141 uncovered, unassigned parking spots available to all residents on a first-come first-serve basis. Aventine also has two visitor parking lots at each end of the property.
